Job Requirement:
V-Project Management Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington, DC. The scope of this requirement is to provide the Technical Operations Organization with Organizational Management, Portfolio Management, Data Management, and Enterprise Information Management Support.
Required Degree:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management or related field.
Required Relevant Years of Experience:
At least fifteen (15) years of experience in providing business management and analysis activities.
Required Years of Experience:
At least ten(10) years of experience in Organizational Management (OM), Public Administration (PUA), Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC), Financial Management, and Change Management.
At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in writing and editing documents, such as financial plans, analyses, reports, briefings, processes, procedures, and policies.
At least five (5) years of experience in supporting funding, research, gap analyses, meetings, strategy development, assessments, and reporting.
At least three (3) years of experience in using MS Office 365 including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
At least two (2) years of experience using MS SharePoint.
At least two (2) years of experience using Google Suite including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience working with the FAA as an employee or contractor.
Responsibilities:
The Contractor must provide Organizational and Portfolio Support.
The Contractor must support AJW Organizational Management (human services focused) based problem solving and strategy deployment, including cross organizational collaboration. This includes support for the financial and workforce special initiatives within AJW and ad-hoc areas as the need arises. The diversity of the work and stakeholders requires experience in Organizational Management (OM), Public Administration (PUA), and direct support to the FAA’s Capital Budget office and Capital Investment Team, as well as support the Office of Finance and Management’s Operations Review Board and Franchise funds communities.
The Contractor must provide support for organizational management processes, workforce planning tools, reporting processes, and workforce design.
The Contractor must provide Organizational and Portfolio Data Management Support.
The Contractor must make recommendations for current systems, while also researching and making recommendations for current FAA owned complimentary or enhancement tools that could be absorbed from other organizations to meet AJW data analytics requirements now and in the future.
The Contractor must provide Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Support.
